Abstract
Objective: The purposes of this study were to test the validity and reliability of the RehaCom¢ç Screening Test.

Methods: This study employed 37 stroke patients who was admitted to rehabilitation center located in Ulsan and 34 healthy adults living in Gyeongnam province for examining discrimination validity. Concurrent validity was examined using MMSE-K as a gold standard test. 37 stroke subjects were included to examine test-retest reliability within a week.

Result: RehaCom¢ç Screening Test showed good discrimination validity except sustained attention, neglect/hemianopsia and visual attention division. Concurrent validity were demonstrated in comparison with MMSE-K, but there were weak relationship between two tests. Test-retest reliability indicated high corelation except sustained attention.

Conclusion: RehaCom¢ç Screening Test was identified as a tool with a high degree of validity and reliability. This tool can be effectively used to assess the cognitive functions of stroke patients by professional therapists.
